HOW IS THE AKNANDA METHOD PRACTICED?
An interior and exterior training. WEI DAN – NEI DAN
Postures and sequence of movements that require the training of equilibrium and balance of all the structure as well as flexibility and strength of the base and spinal cord.
Core and Dantien center are developed significantly both on an internal and external level.
In all the proposed exercises, we stimulate the “Qi” energy flow, vitality through our meridians, seeking for mind- body- Yin Yang equilibrium, fostering a present time consciousness, a joyful and contemplative spirit.
Aknanda methodology is a new form of the QiGong discipline based on the combination of different traditional styles and ways of Qi Gong – Gong Fu (Taiji Quan, Bagua Zhang, 5 Animals), Medical Qi Gong, meditation and breathing techniques. This method takes from each systems the different aspects and skills proposed and highlighted to consolidate physical (Jing), energetic (Qi) and mind/spirit (Shen) harmonization in only one training.
EDUCATION- “THROUGH THE JOURNEY”
The training is divided into 3 levels. The trainee will gradually acquire both the techniques and knowledge of each phase.
STEP BY STEP: all levels are interconnected, the trainee will experience each step in a particular way, focusing on acknowledging that step only, to continue learning more skills every time.
It comes a time when all these phases are only one, a single matrix that flows and grows “through the journey”.
